The USA Series Pole Side Arm Fitters are designed to provide a durable mounting interface for Techlight side-arm lighting assemblies. A welded structural gusset reinforces the connection between the tenon sleeve and side arm, providing increased rigidity, improved load distribution, and enhanced structural stability compared to standard fitter designs. The reinforced construction helps reduce flexing and vibration while supporting a wide variety of outdoor pole-mounted lighting applications. Available in single and double arm configurations, the USA Series is ideal for installations where additional structural support is desired.

The USA Series is fabricated from heavy-duty steel and engineered for long-term performance in demanding outdoor environments. Each assembly features a welded structural gusset integrated between the mounting sleeve and side arm to provide additional reinforcement and rigidity. Precision-fabricated components and welded construction ensure a secure and durable mounting solution for pole-mounted lighting applications.

A durable powder coat finish is applied to provide long-lasting protection in outdoor environments. Black is standard. Additional custom colors and finishes are available upon request.

The USA Series utilizes a slip-fit mounting sleeve for secure attachment to a 2-3/8” O.D. pole tenon. Available in 48” and 72” arm lengths, each assembly is secured using stainless steel set screws to facilitate proper installation and alignment.
